Subaru of America has announced its Stellar Care Award winners for 2013 and Evanston Subaru in Skokie is Chicagoland's only Subaru dealership to receive this distinguished designation for both 2012 and 2013.

The Subaru Stellar Care Award is given to Subaru dealerships who satisfy numerous performance measurements of outstanding customer service.  Award winning dealerships must have a large percentage of repeat customers, positive customer feedback within their service department, a state-of-the-art facility and high sales volume.  In addition, the customers who complete and return their satisfaction surveys must be overwhelming positive.
