Welcome to Evanston Subaru



Evanston Subaru has some exciting news to share. Evanston Subaru will be moving into a new facility in the near future.

As some of you know, I sold my Nissan dealership in the fall of 2005 and I subsequently purchased a 4 acre parcel of land on Oakton St., just west of McCormick Blvd., in Skokie. I'm planning on building a brand new Subaru facility that will be over 21,000 square feet, with all the many comforts and parking. After 17 years in Evanston, I felt that my customers, as well as my employees deserved a world class facility. Unfortunately, there is no land available in Evanston to build the facility that I desired. There are a few conditions that still have to be worked out for this move to occur. I am confident they will come through very shortly, and therefore my plan is at present to break ground later this year .

After listening to my customers all these years, I felt I needed to take some action. The proposed facility will have ample parking, something that has never been an option in Evanston. Our new customer lounge will have wireless internet access, comfortable seating and a coffee bar. Our shop will have all the latest shop equipment to service your car better and faster. We expanded our shop to include 16 new lifts, brand new Hunter wheel alignment equipment, spin balancer, tire changer and a car wash machine to wash all my service cars.

We will also be offering shuttle service to the CTA for our commuters, as well. I have a rendering of the new facility in the service department for you all to see. I also have a set of blueprints that you are welcome to see as well. I thank you all for your continued loyalty to me all these years and I promise you that the new facility will be the talk of the North Shore.

In the meantime, I have over 150 of new Subarus on the lot, including a great selection of new Subaru Tribecas; Subaru's all wheel drive sport utility. We are always looking for sharp trade-ins.
